Leadership Essentials: Building Trust, Communicating, and Connecting

This presentation aims to equip students with essential leadership principles to foster meaningful and effective team dynamics. Key concepts include Servant Leadership—prioritizing the growth and well-being of others; the belief that Everybody Matters, which underscores the value of recognizing every individual's contribution; mastering the Feedback Sandwich technique for constructive communication; and Networking, not just to get a job, but to get a job done. Participants will gain practical insights to lead with empathy, effectiveness, and purpose.
