This workshop includes a presentation and exercises that will help participants identify their own characteristics, and aid them in social capital management by helping to identify others with similar or different characteristics, and best practices for navigating communication and relationships. The workshop also includes identity-affirming discussions to not just focus on scholars transitioning out of college, but also on scholar identity outside of who they are as a student.
