Sac State Fall 2024 Stress Less Week bring events, activities, and workshops to help students de-stress before finals week and the end of the semester. Stress Less Week encourages students to take a mental health and wellness break to have fun, learn about stress management tools, and gain knowledge of campus wellness resources.

This workshop is hosted by Safe Credit Union and will include:
• Financial Awareness
• Debt management
• Building better habits
