Join us at the Cove Kitchen (1st floor, The WELL) on 3/30 at 5 pm - 6:00 pm for a fun and interactive nutrition intervention. This is the final session out of a three-part culturally centered nutrition and wellness series designed for the Hmong community at Sac State. This program explores chronic disease prevention, healthy adaptations of traditional Hmong meals, and strategies to overcome barriers to accessing nutritious foods. Participants will learn how to balance cultural food traditions with modern health knowledge while supporting the well-being of children, elders, and future generations. Each session includes hands-on education, practical cooking guidance, and a brief survey to gather participant feedback.
