The specific purpose of this organization are to unite Latino professionals practicing in the United States, to provide professional networking opportunities for such professionals, and to advance their professional education goals. To promote and maintain high professional standards for Latino professionals. To promote mentoring and professional development relationships and opportunities among Latino professionals practicing in the United States. The organization shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the specific purposes described above.

All students, regardless of sex, race, color, or national origin, who are interested in the club’s mission are welcome.
