Mission
The purpose of this organization is to prepare students at California State University, Sacramento for admittance to colleges of optometry and familiarize students with the field. We will inform members of application process and provide guidance on requirements for optometry school. A variety of guest speakers will come to campus during meetings throughout the semester. Members will be able to visit colleges of optometry through field trips. We will also work towards having events on campus promoting eye health while involving our vision center. In order to provide club members with more hands-on experience within the field of optometry, there will also be volunteering and internship opportunities.
