The mission of the National Society of Black Engineers is to Increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers who succeed professionally and positively impact the community. All students, regardless of sex, race, color, or national origin, who are interested in the club’s mission are welcome.

Explore engineering principles in a fun and engaging way! NSBE will guide you through a couple building/engineering activities from DiscoverE Engineering. Learn concepts of clean/renewable energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing/design through a series of games and building activities in teams. Compete to win prizes! In spirit of Engineers Week from the National Society of Professional Engineers from February 23-28th: "Each year, Engineers Week (EWeek) unites engineers, students, and communities across the nation to celebrate how engineering shapes our world. Founded by NSPE in 1951, EWeek (February 22-28, 2026) is more than a week of recognition; it’s also a movement to inspire the next generation of innovators, spotlight the impact of our profession, and strengthen connections across our engineering community"
