Mission
The purpose of this organization is to promote female weightlifting and empower individuals from all backgrounds to feel confident and strong in the gym. Recognizing that the gym can be an intimidating space for some, our goal is to build a supportive community. We aim to educate students on fitness and support everyone on their fitness journey, whether they are beginners or avid lifters.

All students, regardless of sex, race, color, or national origin, who are interested in the club’s mission are welcome.
